On SD card go to Atmosphere config template and take out the System setting.ini : Open it , search the line : "; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1". Change it to this, simply remove the ";" : "dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0". Then put the newly modified ini in the config folder : Reboot the CFW to make the change working.
